今年6月， 哈佛大學的滿洲研究網站重新運作，Saksaha各期也全部收入其子欄目中。網站現由中國學者邊和主編。邊和，哈佛大學科學史博士（2014），博士論文為"Assembling the Cure: Materia Medica and the Culture of Healing in Late Imperial China".
邊和曾隨歐立德教授學滿文。在哈佛（助教）及加州伯克萊大學（暑期）短暫教授滿語。現在是普林斯頓歷史系及東亞系合聘助理教授。
